“There is an ancient remembering that happens in the presence of horses. They invite us to slow our breathing, soften our bodies, and return to the quiet intelligence within.

As an Equine Gestaltist™, I partner with horses in a deeply experiential and relational process of healing. This work is not about talking through a story—it is about feeling, sensing, and allowing the body to complete what it has been holding. Horses meet us in that space with astonishing attunement. They mirror incongruence, respond to authenticity, and offer feedback that is immediate and honest—yet free of judgment.

Their nervous systems are exquisitely regulated. Their hearts generate powerful electromagnetic fields that can support our own heart-brain coherence. When we stand beside them, something begins to settle. Our breath deepens. Defenses soften. The body remembers how to be present.

In our time together, the horse becomes a co-facilitator in a sacred, grounded container. Subtle internal shifts are often reflected instantly—bringing insight, release, and profound reconnection. The herd, too, teaches us about boundaries, leadership, trust, and belonging.

No horse experience is necessary, and there is no riding involved. This is not about horsemanship—it is about heart-ship.

If you long to be seen beyond words…
If you are ready to listen to what your body has been waiting to express…
I invite you to come stand with a horse.
Together, we’ll create space for what wants to move, breathe, and become whole.”
