Honoring Our Elders
Keeping Elders Connected and Relevant in Their Communities
“I believe that human connection is a fundamental need, especially for our Elders, and that compassionate touch can be a profound source of comfort and well-being.”

Honoring Our Elders services were created from this understanding.
This heart-centered service supports individuals aged 80 and above who may otherwise experience little physical interaction or consistent visitation in private homes, Assisted Living communities, Memory Care settings, or Skilled Nursing residences.
At its foundation, this work restores what is essential: touch, presence, dignity, and belonging.
Compassionate Touch Sessions
Each session is thoughtfully tailored to the individual’s needs and preferences and is conducted with the client fully clothed to ensure comfort and respect at all times.
For both ambulatory and non-ambulatory Elders, sessions are offered seated or bedside—wherever they feel most at ease. This work helps alleviate feelings of isolation, promote calm, and restore the felt sense of being cared for. Touch regulates the nervous system. Presence softens loneliness. Human connection supports emotional and physical well-being.
Sessions may include:
Session Length: 30–60 minutes
Frequency: Weekly, biweekly, or as needed
Tech Support for Elders
Connection today often depends on technology—yet many Elders feel unintentionally left behind.
Honoring Our Elders services also provide patient, one-on-one tech support to help Elders confidently navigate smartphones, tablets, and laptops without overwhelm.
Support may include:
Session Length: 45–90 minutes
Sessions are slow-paced, repeatable, and explained in clear, respectful language. Written step-by-step instructions can be provided in large print.
Sponsor an Elder
Human connection should never be a luxury.
Some Elders do not have family members able to fund consistent visits. If you feel called to support this work, you may sponsor an Elder’s session or contribute toward ongoing care.
Your donation of $75 sponsors one 60-minute session, which may include:
Sponsorship ensures that compassionate touch, patient guidance, and meaningful connection remain available to those who might otherwise go without.
Every contribution helps restore dignity, calm, confidence, and belonging.
In supporting this work, you help widen the circle of care. Please contact us to initiate Sponsoring in Honoring Our Elders.
