About
The Wilderness Medicine of Equus, Sound, Movement, and Breath – A Path of Healing, Renewal, and Connection
“I am a guide, artist, and space-holder for healing who has spent a lifetime listening deeply—to sound, to the body, to breath, and to the unspoken stories we carry. Born in Indiana and shaped by decades of multicultural experience in vibrant cities, I have always been drawn to the richness of human expression and our shared longing to be seen, heard, and supported.
The Wilderness Medicine of Equus, Sound, Movement, and Breath is the living thread that weaves through my work.
At the heart of my service is the Honoring Our Elders Project, a devotion rooted in reverence for those who have carried life before us. Through compassionate, intentional touch, I serve ambulatory and non-ambulatory Elders in private residences, Assisted Living communities, and Skilled Nursing Health Campuses. The project also provides patient, respectful tech support—helping Elders remain connected to family, friends, and community so they are not left behind in this age of digital communication. This work is grounded in dignity, presence, and the knowing that meaningful connection remains essential at every stage of life.
My path spans the full arc of life. I am a certified Grof® Breathwork Facilitator, Touch Medicine® bodyworker, sound and movement guide, and licensed Equine Facilitator® and Equine Gestaltist™. I have also worked as a birth doula, infant massage instructor, and Advanced Autism Caregiver specialist. Across these roles, my focus remains the same: restoring connection—to body, breath, instinct, and inner truth.
I also support Nonprofit-to-Nonprofit Collaboration, assisting mission-driven organizations in strengthening partnerships and working together with greater clarity and integrity.
Authenticity, freedom, and generosity guide everything I do.
I understand what it feels like when life becomes stagnant—when something inside longs to be awakened. My work supports individuals and organizations at pivotal thresholds: times of change, grief, renewal, or reorientation toward purpose and community.
I am deeply committed to bridging non-Native and Indigenous communities through humility, courageous listening, and respect for cultural lineage. Harmony is not a destination, but a practice—one that asks us to show up with reverence, openness, and a willingness to learn and unlearn.”
